Skin problem
My stray dog has developed a skin condition with visible patches of hair loss and swelling. The affected areas also have small bumps that might be caused by bites or another underlying issue. She also itches excessively, which seems to make the problem worse. Any solution. Her age is 1.5 years, female dog.

Your dog might be having a skin infection or allergic reaction that might have been caused due to food or some bacterial infection. Regularly deworm your dog. It is very important to deworm your dog regularly for its betterment. You are right the bumps might be because the dog is scratching and biting itself due to itching. Check your dog regularly for the presence of ticks. Remove them if you find ticks on your pet. As this is skin infection with usage of tablet and lotions also it takes about 2-3 weeks for curing. Deworm your pet with store available deworming tablet. Use Shampoo CLinar M. Make sure you lather the shampoo and let it sit for 15 min. Wash it thoroughly. IMP-  Make sure shampoo doesn't go in eyes nose mouth. Dog should not lick the shampoo at any cost. Use tablets Tab Lixen 300mg morning and evening for two weeks. Tab Wysalone 10 mg morning and evening for two weeks. Use Ointment Staphben on the bumps or worsened wounds on pet's body.
Next Steps
Feed your pet with better nutrition like eggs, milk, curd, chicken etc
Health Tips
If you want your pet coat to shine and be healthy you can use syrups like Syrup Vitabest derm 7ml in morning and evening.

Hi if the dog is healthy and eating well give a Simparica tablet once every month according to body weight and apply dermichlor spray twice daily in affected areas. If there is still no improvement then better to book a consultation.

It seems to be skin infection . Hair loss is due to lack of balanced nutrition  so better to give omega 3,6,9 fatty acid supplement. These type of skin infections are very common and often secondary to underlying conditions like allergies , parasites , or other skin problems .For the superficial skin lesions you can give a proper bath after that better to consult veterinarian for further medication.
Health Tips
1)  balanced nutrition food 2) hygiene environment 3)  deworming 4) regular bath

Hello, 1. Seek Vet Diagnosis : A skin scraping or sometimes biopsy may be required to identify the exact cause. 2. Control Parasites : Start anti-flea, tick nd mite treatment—these are common problems. 3. Use Medicated Baths: Bathe with vet-prescribed antifungl/Antibacterial shampoo 1–2 times weekly 4.Support Skin Health :  balanced diet + Omega-3,6 supplemnts can be added 5. Avoid Scratching Damage: Use an E-collar if needed and medications to control itching nd inflammation 🙏
