Skin over Penis
Until few days back, my foreskin was able to retract a bit. But suddenly from 2-3 days, skin is completely stuck. When I tried to wash the area and pull back skin, few cuts made over the top of the skin making it impossible to even touch it with water. I am afraid that drops of urine will left inside and may cause infection. Kindly, let me know as I am getting afraid of my condition. Can skin get free from penis again.
Earlier it was able to backtrack a bit. But now it is completely blocked by skin. Kindly suggest any creme if possible.
