Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi, i had unprotected sex on feb1st, later then i started feeling itching and little swelling in my vagina and in butt. If i see it is like the skin has streched out and still i can see little blood. Please advise what to do. It is more pain when itching comes. What could be this? Is this bacterial infection because of unsafe sex? Or is this an STD? Please advise am so worried.
