Asked for Female, 16 Years

I normally have good skin and get 1-2 pimples before that time of month. However, I broke out a lot in one area and it is spreading throughout my face. They are just little red dots sort of close together and are only itchy after I apply a gel moisturizer. However, I'm not sure if it is a rash, an allergy, or acne ( it does not run in the family and I never had an issue with acne )
