Hello doctor my son 30 months old weighting 12 kgs have this kind of bump in his wrist legs and also in hands , and face total 7-8 such bumps , and he scratches it . Can you help to find what is this,if though that it to be mosquito bites but not sure

You have not mentioned the duration. Is the child having fever? The present picture looks like an insect bite but the areas you mention point towards 'Hand-Foot-Mouth' disease which is a viral infection lasting for about a week.
