Skin inflammation in labia minora

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Dr I'm 23 y/o, unmarried and sexually inactive. I have been to gynaecologist as well but somewhere I am not content with the treatment as she just considered it a pruritus vulvae problem.I have some minute folds in the walls of labia minora which hurt me now and sting as well. The skin on either side of labia minora is like having minute bunches of grapes which is visible when you spread the lips and see inside around urethra and vaginal opening.And also it itches a lot when i apply Flucreme NM on it as prescribed by her. Please let me know what's it. I attaching a picture please have a look at it.
