  4. Skin infection todddler. To stop it.

Skin infection todddler
Please help my 4yr kid overcome skin problem whose symptoms are similar to keratosis pilaris. Please give me the details of how long it takes to cure. its already been 15 days and it is spreading despite of cetzy syp and momorex cream and atonide gel. Kindly suggest soaps and moisturizers and cream which helps to stop it.
