Further to the query submitted earlier today regarding my 5 year old son. I would like to share few photos as requested by some eminent doctors. I am Bangalore based and struggling to get right skin solution for my little boy. Appreciate if I get a solution to see him healthy. We are giving him Allegra syrup , HHSONE cream, Sebamed sunscreen and mild soap as suggested by various Dermatologist.

Appears to be fungal infection,add far as I can deduce from your pictures.
Apply genatalene plus ointment twice a day for 5 days.
If itching,syp atarax 3 ml twice a day will help.
Keep him in cool surroundings,if possible.
