Had a skin graft on foot on the upper part 10 years back. The new skin is perfect but mostly has sticked to the toe connecting bone and because of that while walking with shoes or doing yoga or wenever it gets a bit rubbed , the skin tears easily and then for a month i cant do anything . i want the skin to b thick ther
