Skin getting worse kindly please suggest

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi Doctor, Due to Corona I am using more vim , handwash liquid and bath soap . Due to which my skin of hand and bottom of the leg is getting peeled in layers. I am afraid of skin cancer or liver cancer due to soap usage. Kindly let me know the remedies to overcome the layes of the skin peeling of. Kindly please find the attached picture. Kindly please please advise. Thanks.
