Skin elongated near vgina

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi I found that I have a bit elongated skin in btw vgina and anal. Earlier in summers I was getting very itching there I thought must be coz of periods and sanitary pads and due to extreme summer. Now I found that a skin is being elongated there which can b easily seen and touched. I don't feel any pain . I am worried about this . I hope it is not any serious prob like cancer or any other. Plz help.
