Skin doctor or urologist?

Hi, i am 32 years old. I have developed white patches on my penis head from past 10 days aftr i had sex with my girlfriend. There some white patches on my penis head and the texture of the skin on my penis head has changed and has become really soft with wrinkles with white patches. So i want to whether I should consult an urologist or skin doctor for this problem.
