My skin biopsy report shows perivascular lymphocytic inflammation.. What is this and what is the reason behind this. Can anyone help me?

Hello.. I would suggest you to attach the complete report and of what lesion of the skin has the biopsy being taken...please give me detailed history too...hope you understand...or please go to a dermatologist...thank you
