I am 33 yrs old ,and I am looking very old than actual age just because of skin dull and not fairness and looking healthy...I want to look good and want to make me a fit ,but one problem is I was faced already slip disc issue in lumber side.. But other side I want to be a fit and look young at actual age...

Keep your back rest with some pillow and erect.....Do Pranayama for 2 times morning and evening 30 min each and with empty stomach....and some light exersise. Keep proper healthy diet with supplements.....you will find changes within 1 to 2 months...best of luck...

Do isometric exercises and core muscle strengthening exercises. It should strengthen ur core body.  Will help u lose weight without affecting but improving ur intervertebral disc prolapse too.
