Skin allergy like fungas

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Looking for advise, if My wife can use skin allergy medicine, she is having 4 month pregnancy, and facing this skin problem from last few month before pregnancy, but after pregnancy this skin allergy has become more irritating for her. Plz assist with advise so that we could go ahead with any dermatologist.
