9 month old baby girl have skin allergy only on face... red daane all over the face using coconut oil but no result found please suggest what to use any skin cream... pics are attached please see and suggest

Hi,
Looks like dry skin.
Apply coconut oil ,massage and bath with gentle soap ,then apply moisturiser baby cream / physiogel 2-3 times/day.
