Skin abrasion

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Last sunday, I got abrasion on middle of my foreleg.I cleaned it with dettol and applied betadine on it. yesterday morning I cleaned the wound with h2o2 and applied surfaz SN, then liquid came out many times afterwards and in evening I cleaned again with h2o2 and now white layer is there on wound..is that a problem ??
