Basically you have to avoid dryness and infection. Wash your eyes frequently with fresh and do cold compresses by ice and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables And Pur some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily or 2hrly+Ara gel at bed time  and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids. Rest same treatment as advised by physician.
