Asked for Male, 24 Years

Is excess Masturbation affect the strength of penis, size of penis, hardness of penis? If serum testosterone level is normal then why I feel weekness in penis, size is less, girth is also less? Please answer me separately I am waiting for your valuable answer. Thank you.
