  4. Size of ovaries. I bring it to normal?

Hello, Recently did sonogrsphy as did not start my cycle despite having meprate. Found out 1 ovary volume is 18cc snd other 37cc with a cyst Is it something to worry about? How do i bring it to normal? Thank you.
