Sitz bath after surgery
I am doing sitz bath after peri anal abcess removal 2 times a day. My anus area is becoming very sensitive to it and it becomes red sometimes and irritation while passing motion. Only some times. Not near the wound. How to deal with this.

Make sure the temperature of water is not too high.
Add 2 PINCH OF potassium permanganate powder in each tab.
Get it examined to rule out if actual problem is there
