Hi dear Shivkumar, you need further evaluation to rule out GERD / GRADE. We can still try some medicines to cure / control this. If really this fails, then we have to further evaluate in sence of type of reflux ( acidic / alkaline). we recommend 24 hrs.PH MANOMETRY.
