Sir i am 18 yrs old. My father height is 5feet 10 inches but my height is 5feet 4 inches and i want to increase my height for my civil services. And i tried lot of medicines and yoga. But it did not work. Sir pls suggest me some ways to increase my height atleast 3-4 inches.
