Sinus pressure and supraorbital pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello I am a 23 year old mother and a tabacoo smoker for 5 years.I have been cutting back on cigarettes. And for the past 4days I have had sever sinus pressure and pain only around the left side of my face expecially my left supraorbital. I try to stay hydrated and get lots of rest. In 2016 I was told i had seasonal allergies i was then diagnosed with acute bronchitis due to smoking. I would like some advice on what might be wrong I don't want to go to the hospital if it is not a sever issue
