Single/dual chamber which pacemaker need
Patient age - 70+ yrs Gender - Male BP - Normal Diabetes - under medication ( Tab Diamicron mr) Thyroid - under medication ( Eltroxin 50 ) Recently done ECG shows the following impressions: Sinus Bradicardia(HR 45/min) Right bundle branch block, Left anterior fascicular block, And bifascicular block. Do my father need a pacemaker or is it treatable by medicine? If required which pacemaker is recommended for him.. single chamber or dual chamber ? Thanks is advance. 🙏🏻
