  4. Simple cyst in left ovary. Surgery now?

Simple cyst in left ovary
Hi I am 26 years old and married 9 months back. I have no pregnancy and had basic evaluation two days back. The scan report says I have simple cyst in left ovary. Doctor suggested to do laparoscopy surgery. I am confused and need opinion that I need laparoscopic surgery now?

What's the size of cyst if it's less than 5 cm no need of surgery but more than that compulsory surgery.so first tell me the size of cyst.
