Sigmoid colon growth. - rectal growth (?

I do not have any pain in the stomach or any parts of the body but i go for stool pass for 03 - 04 times a day (diarrhea alongwith blood dysentery) I consulted a MD DTM&H who further advised me for colonoscopy. The colonoscopic findings - There is a proliferative growth at about 12cm above the anal verge. Rest of the mucosa & vascular pattern are normal upto caecum. Impression - Rectal Growth (? Malignant). The report was further sent for Biopsy - Biopsy report shows - Clinical details - Sigmoid colon growth. Microscopy - Sections show 3 colonic mucosal fragments rest are fibrinous exudate with acute inflammatory cells. The colonic fragments have a papillary configuration and lines by dysplastic epithelium few/rare invasive nest seen. Impression - Colon : Endoscopic biopsy : Suggestive of Moderately Differentiated Adenocarcinoma. My humble request is that please suggest me that is there any oncologist / specialist who deals on this field in Asian Institute of Gastroenterology.
