Hi good morning Thnxs for ur question. Vagina is surounded by muscles layers so tightness of vaginal opening is dependent on tone of muscles layers. Vaginal walls are made up of muscles which loosens only when constant pressure is applied. So not having sexual intercourse won't affect.
