Do you already have a plbm of stones?
D3 mainly increases absorption of calcium so sometimes it might increase this issue if u already have it. Otherwise most of us are deficient in vit d3. So its advised to take once a week for atleast 6-8weeks.
Maintain your hydration with adequate water intake
