Side effects of folvite tab
I hv been prescribed folsafe but pharmacist gave folvit .i hv taken folvite around one month.first I gt late period for 3 days I checked pregnancy test it was negative.but on the same days I gt brown discharge period.for two days.so is it the side effect of tablets.

Folvite doesn't cause all these symptoms.
Consult directly for further management or consult your gynaecologist.
If you feel periods are getting irregular do hormonal profile to rule out other causes.

No it is not the side effect of folvite.Folic acid is safe before conception and during conception.Folic acid should continue full 9 month of pregnancy.
