Hello mam, are you getting your dog treated because what happened to your father can repeat with others. Please be cautious.
Next Steps
For your father, injection T.T. n Anti Rabies Vaccine is recommended. Clean his wound with disinfectant liquid n apply antiseptic ointment over it.

Do take care n keep your dog in isolation for a few days till it is a bit fine n it's infection is resolved.

Clean the wound in running water for 20 minutes
Get TT and Anti rabies vaccine by consulting doctor nearby hospital
Get medication for preventing the secondary infection
