Less sugar means hypoglycemia....see less sugar is more danger than the high sugar...becauae less sugar directly act on our brain...so if u got headache or something first check ur glucose with glucometer if its come below 60 then take Glucon D....further morr investigations required to see whether ur pancrease working properly or not....
