Shoulder pains
I went to aaxis hospital (kr puram banglore) i met dr murali orthopedist he said that disease call FIBRONYSITIS and refer US+IFT and I m using some medicines but still I'm getting shoulder nd hand pain. I don't know what is my problem actually i ve vitamin D difficiency. How can I know what is my problem exactly .I gain weight also. How can I reduce my pains.

Due to vit d deficiency pain persist still so don't worry take vit d and keep continue your physiotherapy add SWD also. Start gradually shoulder exercise like shoulder shrug rotation. Flexion akso

Hi.., u discuss ur problem with a physiotherapist 1st.. If u don't find any difference in your pain status after few treatment sessions then consult a good orthopedician He will also prescribe u necessary supplements Tc..
