  4. Shoulder pains. Explain this condition?

Shoulder pains
I have been having pain in shoulder and shoulder blades since 2 weeks and pain in the left chest once or twice a day. I get severe heartburn at night due to acid reflux. My middle part of spine also started paining since 3 days. Im afraid if i have any heart disease. Can you please explain this condition?
