I am a 24 year old boy. Yesterday post working out(push ups to be precise) my shoulder started to hurt a little. It has aggregated since then. The pain is at the end of the collar bone on the top of my right shoulder. I experience it while pulling/pushing. My gym instructor has said it is a AC joint pain.
Kindly advice as to the treatment.
