Shoulder pain and headache

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis 3 yrs back. Since then I feel weakness in my left hand with mild pain and numbness. Since last 2 months I have severe pain in the upper shoulder while moving it upwards, which extends towards head till behind the left ear. Is this pain linked with the nerve compression or is it just muscle stiffness due to weakness.

Your MRI report looks fine. Nothing to worry about. Shoulder pain could be because of stiff joint ( frozen shoulder) Apply ice or cold pack over the pain site. Get physiotherapy done and also do shoulder and neck Exercises regularly
