Shoulder pain & 1-2 times side chestpain

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, From yesterday morning I feel my pain in my shoulders & back. It fluctuates every now on then. Morning I din't had any pain, after noon pain started in shoulders blades & left shoulders & right. Sometimes I feel my right side chest is squeezing. ( 1 or 2 times in a day ) I slept in wrong position 2 days back & even carried little heavy weight in my bag to office. Is it heart related? Should I do ECG tomorrow? I took Pan 40 just in case if it is gastric. Kindly guide

It is neither heart related nor gastric. Its a superficial muscular pain. No need to do ECG. Just an analgesic would help
