Shoulder , lower and middle back problem
Hello doctor I am suffering from back pain shoulder pain since 2 years I did so much treatment but without any good result , I also did so much of exercises and Yoga's I get some relief by doing exercise and yoga but not full relief now I have got rid of doing treatment , I am not able to sleep straight on my back also not able to take turns while sleeping , whole back is stiffned can you treat me ,this is happening at young age I don't know why ,I had lifted some weight from then I am suffering this desease , now I am not able to lift 5kg wt
