  3. Shoulder and neck pain. The past week.

It started with sleep paralysis during which I feel tingling sensation on my back and neck followed by night terrors since last week. Last week, while just sitting I felt pain on my shoulder and neck and this continues till today. I have had 3 attacks since the past week.
