Hello Doctor,
Do I have to press out the milk from 20 days baby's breast? Why because Elders says that without pressing breasts will become so big.

Hello, it’s due to maternal hormonal effect. Don’t press out/ rub the breast buds. It will cause inflammation. No need to worry it will subside on its own.
