Should I wait to restart water aerobics
Tues I went to flex my foot down to stretch my leg n had pain in my L calf. When I tried to release it hurt worse. I had to put lots pressure on calf to release. I went in to water aerob and did an hr then took Advil and cleaned 2 houses with lots stairs. Yesterday, I was up n have way limited range of motion and must walk different. I'm 5'3" and 330 lbs. The aerob has been awesome, but I need to know if I need to wait to go back to it to allow healing/not worsen the injury.
