Should I take thyroid test?
I visited a gynecologist, i was told to take a blood test. In blood test it was shown that I had TSH of 10.23 (as on 4 may 2022) and my doctor prescribed me thyronorm 50 mcg tablet and also ovabless tablet. Now before I used to have almost regular periods for 4 days with cycle about 33 days. Since I started taking thyronorm I have not had my periods for almost 58 days continuing, i was tested negative for pregnancy and doctor prescribed meprat for starting period. After 5 days of meprate tablet i hav slight spotting yesterday. Its not usual for me. I don't know now whether I have started periods or not. So should I continue thyronorm? should I do another thyroid test? I am starting to worry if the earlier test was right or not. Because I used to have regular periods and normal bleeding. Now I don't know whether i hav hypothyroidism or not. What should I do?
