Should i take baby Aspirin ?

Im a 25 yrsold man, nonsmoking nonalcoholic somehow healthy eater my blood type is B+ My blood is somehow thick said the nurse and my veins are narrow, my blood pressure is regular, I'm 70 kilo grams and 178 cm tall. I've been advised to take some baby Aspirin pills because my blood is thick to make it more liquid. Here are the blood test results: WBC 7.5 RBC 5.69H HGB 16.6 HCT 50.2 MCV 88.2 MCH 29.2 MCHC 33.1 PLT 219 LY 28.5 MO 5.1 GR 66.4 RDW 10.9 PCT 0.18 MPV 8.1 PDW 19.1 H
