Should I postpone or prepone periods?

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have my marriage reception function after 5 days i.e, 24th of this month and last month my periods started on 19th and today is 19th. My periods usually last for 6-7 days and I don't want to ruin my day on the reception, so please suggest me as to postpone or prepone my periods and which tablet should be used to postpone or prepone the periods?

Today is 19 th prepone is not possible better go for postpone.Start medroxy progesterone tablet from today only in bid dose till you want .But after that you will get heavy bleeding and may be prolonged .
