Should I breast feed my 15 days old baby
I have a slight fever and 15 days back I delivered a baby so should I feed him in this condition?

Not to stop breastfeeding until told by the doctor.
Rarely due to certain medical condition of child or mother and sometimes due to medicine of mother, doctor may recommend to stop breastfeeding.
Maintain your hydration and sleep. Take your medicine early. Wholesome homemade diet.
Child is dependent on you so for breastfeed so maintain good health by proper fluids, food, and sleep. And not to be anxious or worried.

You can breast feed.No issue .u can take paracetamol and continue breast feeding.fever is not a contraindication for breast feeding.
