Shortness of breathe while talking

Good noon doctor, nowdays am feeling shortness of breathe if am talking. Continuously and loudly 3 years back sone ecg echo all cane normal because of palpitations i went to hospital now very rarely i get ectopic beats and palpitations out of blue please help is this serious? My haemoglobin was 11.2 last month I have straightening of cervical lordosis diagnosed last month am a breastfeeding mother to 20monthd old baby thank you
