  4. Shortness of breathe. Advice medication!

My dad Mr Shabbir Ismail was diagnosed rectal Cancer in 2017 March. Later had a Radiation and chemo a year back... Now there is a shortness of breath and have been given oxygen tank... Even then he has shortness of breath.. Last month PET CT showed the Cancer has spread to lungs and liver.. please advice medication

It seems that he relapsed .. Requires second line chemotherapy... Please meet a local oncologiat for opinion
