Shortness of breath
I have consulted pulmonologist he took an X ray , ecg is normal but shows pulmanary ventricular contractions , oximeter shows 99 ,123 reading he said you don't have any problems with breathing buy I feel shortness of breath chest tightness , do I have copd or what I don't have any allergies , cough cold , what is  copd patient oximeter reading or when should I concerned about breathing please help me
