I am having shortness of breath from past 2-3years I feel this usually after having meal n climbing stairs or after a long walk or after some physical activity Ma heart beats also become rapid, last month doctor suggested for chest X-ray and ecg both d reports were normal then y I'm I having Shortness of breath???

You need to check your haemoglobin , if it is normal then go for pulmonary function test
