Shortness of breath and tightness
Hi sir, sometimes I am feeling shortness of breath mild in nature along with chest tightness and mild back pain radiating in my neck. I did tests like ecg, echo, tmt, chest x ray, diabetes and PFT , all were normal. But my cholesterol was high for which I am taking medicine Rosuvas along with amlopidine for high bp. My weight is 110kg and bp 140/90. Please advise if I need to take any further tests or medicines ? I am also trying to lose weight.

You need to get polysomnography done. Probably you are suffering from Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome with obesity. You need to reduce your weight also.
